1800's Torn Oil Painting on canvas with multiple splits and tears. It is in need of cleaning, re-lining, conditioning, filled for inpainting, re-stretched and new varnishing. First photo is a close-up of the Before condition. Second photo is the back side showing more of the poor condition. Third photo is the process for re-lining the entire canvas for best support and sealing-up of the tears.
