January 10, 2010 - The Antiques & Collectibles Nat'l Assoc. will be hosting an industry wide convention & trade show for antique dealers, mall & shop owners, show promoters, collectors & others. The convention is January 10 thru 13, 2010 at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, Louisiana!! Classes will be offered and Tindell's Restoration will have DiAnna Tindell teaching Art Restoration and Frame topics. We will also have free informational resources at the trade show. February 12, 2010 - February 12, 2010 3:00 pm to February 13, 2010 4:00 pm Tindell’s Restoration from Nashville, TN will be at the Carnegie Visual Arts Center, Decature, AL on Friday, February 12th 3 pm to 8pm and Saturday, February 13th 11 am to 4 pm. Bring your art piece(s) to be evaluated for restoration and/or appraised. Open to the public. $10.00 per art piece. Advanced appointments are recommended. The Frist Center for the Visual Arts is a nonprofit art-exhibition center, with approximately 24,000 square feet of gallery space, dedicated to presenting the finest visual art from local, state and regional artists, as well as major U.S. and international exhibitions. February 06, 2011 - Be sure to visit Centennial Park when you visit Tindell's Studio in Nashville! The Parthenon stands proudly as the centerpiece of Centennial Park, Nashville's premier urban park. The re-creation of the 42-foot statue Athena is the focus of the Parthenon just as it was in ancient Greece. The building and the Athena statue are both full-scale replicas of the Athenian originals. The focus of the Parthenon's permanent collection is a group of 63 paintings by 19th and 20th century American artists donated by James M. Cowan. February 07, 2011 - When you come to Tindell's Studio in Nashville, swing by the Tennessee State Museum! The Tennessee State Museum is one of the largest state museums in the nation with more than 60,000 square feet of permanent exhibits and a 10,000 square foot changing exhibition hall. The museum's interpretive exhibits begin 15,000 years ago and continue through the early 1900s interpreting Tennessee's history during the Prehistoric, Frontier, Age of Jackson, Antebellum, Civil War, and Reconstruction periods. February 09, 2011 - You may want to see the Factory at Franklin when you visit Tindell's Studio in Nashville. The Factory at Franklin is a vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment complex located in Franklin, Tennessee. The Factory is a member of the National Register of Historic Places. The Factory occupies the circa-1929 buildings that once served as the Dortch Stove Works, Magic Chef and later the Jamison Bedding Company.
